I installed the unit in the basement which meant that it took me a bit longer to put in the tubing. However, the unit works great. The TDS dropped from 600ppm to 24ppm. So far, I am very happy with this purchase. iSpring is very helpful and responsive to questions I had. The pump does make a bit of noise, so I am glad it is in the basement. I have the new faucet. It looks good but does feel a bit flimsy. But I havent had any problems with it.

please if buy this system make sure you have enough room under your sink(measure,measure,and measure again) it takes up quite a bit of space...other than that it was fairly simple to hook up by following the YouTube video...instructions from unit also were a bit helpful as well.

Product arrived within the delivery time line.Everything expected was included.Replaced my old system (Culligan R/O) in about 3 hours.Works really well. Will have to wait to see how long the filters last, but am happy with my experience to date.I would recommend this system to anyone wanting a cost-effective R/O system.

Very please with this purchase. The only downside is the size of the tank but for the money you couldnt expect much more. After spending a lot of money trying to get our aquarium water clear we found out our well water was high in nitrates. We now use the iSpring system to do water changes and the aquarium is now crystal clear. We also use it for drinking.We are Just going to purchase the first set of replacement filters.

Works great, Im on a well so got the additional RO pump, supplier answered all my questions. I self installed in the basement. Cant see this unit being an under counter unit, without mega install and service problems.

I installed this in about an hour time. Used diamond coated hole to make a hole through the granite counter top. Install required drilling of 2 holes. One on the counter top and one on the drain pipe. The install looks intimidating at first but read the manual a couple of times and watch the install video on Youtube it all starts makes sense. Lay out all the parts and start putting it together. Make sure you use plenty of Teflon tape on the reserve tank so it wont leak on the storage tank valve. All the nylon tubings, make sure you push them in all the way. You shall be leak free. Josh sent me missing parts and their customer service seem very responsive. Parts feel quality and well built. Drilling on the granite was the hardest and took the longest. Rest went easy and well. 5 stars so far.

The system is very easy to install. The instructions are clear and very easy to follow. It doesnt take much space under the kitchen sink. Immediate response from the customer support (Josh). Highly recommend.

This is a fantastic water system and was easy to install. The YouTube installation video couldnt have made it easier. Im by no means a plumber and the only tip I have is pay attention to the details in the video regarding the teflon tape. The system brought my parts per million down from over 380 in my tap water to 9. I did have one small issue/question regarding the system and the customer support kicks ass. I talked to James and Josh on the phone and they were more than helpful. Nick from the filter dept also did a fantastic job and was extremely prompt. Highly recommend this system and this company.
