We are new to living with well water that isnt very good. We had a high end water softener which helped with the hard water but it just wasnt looking or tasting right. Someone suggested trying out a RO system. After some research and some help from Nick (hes awesome too) we tried out a RCC7AK. All I can say is unbelievable! The color cleared up, taste was greatly improved and no more hauling in expensive 5 gallon jugs to drink and cook with on a daily basis. TDS before the RO shows around a 300 and after the RO is close to 35. Right on the money, was easy to install and great support if you need it.

Pretty easy to install and at this price you cant go wrong. Also, there were no missing parts for me but I noticed that some people on the Amazon US website said they didnt get all their parts.
