I was tempted to give this product a 4 Star rating because the mains-water connection was not suitable for U.K.However, an email from the company promises to refund the cost of an alternative fitting, well done for that.This unit is so easy to install and works flawlessly. I highly recomend this product supplied by iSpring.

We love our Isprings RO system. Prior to getting this my son would only drink bottled water. Now our water is pure and we use it for all our drinking and cooking.

After doing a thorough research, analyzing data and comparing all the brands of RO Unit, we finally decided to buy this RO system with pump. It was delivered promptly and in perfect condition. Installation was extremely easy and I would give this product 5 stars. All in all, I would highly recommend getting this if you are looking for a high quality filter.

I am very happy with this purchase. This machine produces the best water I have ever tasted. The only negative is that normal tap water is almost unpalatable when you get used to RO water. Also, their customer service is outstanding! I had a valve go out on it and I actually was able to speak with a representative in the US on my first call and they had a replacement part in the mail the same day. I couldnt ask for any better customer support.

I have had this system since 2012 and its been great. I had another RO before that doesnt even compare. The kit comes with all the hoses, fittings and good instructions. My home is on a water well, and so the motor helps with the pressure. The oversized filters have a much better life than my older system- I have been using the originals for nearly 3 years and they still make clean water.

I installed the RCC7P 5-stage RO unit about two years ago, and Im still loving it. What is even better than the water quality it produces is the quality of the customer service, which is OUTSTANDING. Communications are prompt and theyve never failed to address issues to my satisfaction. Actually, Ive had no real issues with the product -- just ordering the right supplies and parts for things I screwed up. I wish all Chinese products had U.S. operations like this!

I love this unit! I have had RO systems previously and this one was a breeze to install and works great. It is directly connected to my La Marzocca espresso machine and a stand alone outlet for filling water bottles etc. Water out of the tap was over 500 ppm of TDS. This unit takes it down to 20 ppm.

I ordered this product about one year ago, but installed 6 months ago,2 weeks ago,started to make a lot of noises in the pump,I contacted Amazon and they issued me a return ticket, but instead I contacted the people at iSPRING, they send me a new pump and now this machine works PERFECT,all this mean to me,,, this people backs their products 100%. needles to say,,I will NOT return this machine anymore and planing to buy other for my other house,,,GREAT JOB iSPING and thank you.
