They sent me a free replacement afterwards! I will definitely buy again from iSpring and recommend it to everyone that is more inert to purchase a product with water filter. The manual of guidance is very simple and includes many images.

Had an old GE unit that this one replaced. The old unit inexplicably began leaking after 10 years of use. This one costs less than the GE unit did 10 YEARS AGO, has an extra filter compared with the GE unit, and comes with the first set of replacement filters. It was easier to install than the GE unit, though note, it does take some care to install correctly. If youve never done it, plan an entire afternoon for it. Still, the after a couple of months, the water quality is great, and the flow rate is very nice. The storage tank is larger than the old GE unit. We dont use as much water as we used to, but weve never run out. All in all, a great solution for us!

Great system set it up at our sink and also through the refrigerator. We now have yummy room temp water cold water and ice.
