Still going strong after 7 years! Most recently I added the alkaline filter to make my 5 stage a 6 stage. Simple and quick! The whole system is easy to install, works great, nothing in the water. My house has a whole house water softener and fridge has (had) a filter as well....still after a glass of ice and water sitting out all night, would find sediment in the bottom of the glass the next day. Once the system was installed (ran a line to the fridge and removed fridge filter and existing ice in tray) the sediment issue was immediately corrected. I've called customer support a couple times over the years and have gotten quick, friendly and useful assistance. Most recently I was having flow/pressure issues. Fix was to 're-pressurize' the tank. Worked perfectly. These guys are the most amazing when it comes to customer service. T I absolutely recommend this company and their great products!

Thought I had written a previous review, but couldn't find it. As my headline says...I had after 5 years a pinhole leak the other day. Got a hold of the company about a replacement part and they replaced it for free! Talk about great customer service after 5 years. I use this system 24/7 and before using it I could like clockwork have to clean my coffee system every 3 months. Using the filtered water in it, I can go for 8+ months without notifications. I got the system because I saw what the flouride did to the equipment at our water plant. The taste...wow. I tried to use the filtered water in our fridge, but I could still taste the nasty metal. We do have our system in the back of our cupboard under the sink and is a bit of a pain to get to for filter changes, but the whole thing is mounted on a bracket, so it lifts off. Wish we'd mounted it along the side of the cupboard. Wait until you change the filters - yuck, we were drinking that. Other than that, I will use this until it dies and be getting another Ispring system if that ever happens. So much cheaper than buying water and having all the plastic bottle along with it. Great product!!!

I have water that had high TDS numbers(around 400). After installing this system, my water read 16 ppm.

Just make sure you use a cobalt drill bit for the faucet installation when installing the faucet on a stainless steel sink; will save you time, frustration, and worn bits. Added 6th stage mineral filter after a few months.

I also purchased a digital water quality tester and verified that the newly filtered water was consistently testing at around 24 ppm (vs the 250 ppm from our unfiltered tap water). For now, the new system is working great, and making great tasting water.

Tested the water after install and PPM went to under 10. Our water now tastes great.

We have been using this system for 4 months with no problems what so ever. Our water TDS went down from 330 ppm to 9 ppm according to my water tester.

I live in an area with very hard water and have had a softener for the last 5 years. Very satisfied with the results. Water tastes great. TDS about 15.

Water tastes great, had a plumber install, but if you are handy, I am sure you could do it yourself.

I agree with another reviewer, be careful not to over tighten the plastic valve on top of the pressure tank.
