It quit working about a year after purchase. After a series of emails (they dont answer their phone) , they provided a replacement. I have another iSpring unit in my rent house that has been working well for 5 years, so I still would highly recommend, plus they do stand behind their product.

This system makes our tap water taste great. The installation took about an hour and had easy to follow instructions. I had an issue with one of the parts not fitting correctly so I called their customer service department and they immediately shipped out a new part to me free of charge.

I've had it about 6 months now and it works flawlessly. Installation was easy, just make sure to push the hoses in more than you think as other users have said. I water tested a Brita pitcher, my home tap water, my tap water at the office, my refrigerator filter, and then this. Results were: 50-60 units for the Brita, about 107-112 for both tap waters, same exact readings for the refrigerator filters as the tap water, and 8-10 units for the RO filter. Amazing!

I'm writing this review after a year of using this RO system. And let me tell you, my friends and family invested in these systems too because of such a good water quality that they produce. After testing the water I got it to less then 5ppm which is 50 times cleaner than any bottled water that I tested. The system is easy to install. First one took me about 3 hours because I had to install it in really tight cabinet. The second one I installed for my father took me less then 45minutes. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to taste and enjoy clean water. You will notice the taste after few days you will not want to drink any bottled water ever again. I hope this review will help you with making the right choice. Enjoy drinking!!!
