Great system - wish we would have bought it years ago - it will produce the same water as the smaller systems but in real time which is great for when the kids are filling up their big jugs of water back to back. Before we would run out. Nick at iSpring was great to work with as well!

We have used this filtration system for a coffee shop/organic market and loved it! The water quality in our area is not good and this system has done a great job keeping up with the extremely hard water we have. The customer service provided by Adam was perfect. The 2.5x20" carbon filter busted open, no damage the to, the skin just tore open and nithing went into the system ir the next filter. The skin isnt needed exceot to make for an easy carbon change. I contacted them just to let them know in case they had a vendor problem. A slight email conversation, pleasant and educational for me. The next thing I know all new membranes and the carbon filter were two day shipped to me. The assembly is easy and consists only if inserting filters and membrane, all else is assembled. Hose in, hose out, drain line,120v and you're done. I've moved it three or four times while getting the mount and placement correct. It takes me maybe 30 seconds to disconnect it and move the whole assembly. One of My nicest easiest Amazon purchases.

My fellow co-workers and I pitched in to buy this system. I installed it to an existing water fountain that was able to chill the purified water. It worked as planned and all my co-workers LOVE it. No more need to take 5 gallon containers to the local water purifying kiosks...what a pain!! I also installed the spigot that came w/the system in case anybody wants to fill up a big water bottle/container, etc. The water read 365 ppm, after installing the RO, it reads 16 ppm on the Total Dissolved Solids meter. The actual system is installed behind the unit in a storage room. Definitely keep an eye on it for leaks at least 2 weeks after initial install.

This system is excellent! I recently had a different system installed from a local company that I paid monthly for! I wish I would have made the switch to the iSpring years ago! I have wasted money paying monthly for an inferior system to this! A+++ product! Very easy install! Love it!

We have had this RO system for about a year now and have had no issues at all. It is very quiet and the water tastes significantly better than the water from the tap.

iSpring was easy to install, with a hard to beat customer service team. Well worth every penny and beats out systems even twice the price. :) Took me about 90 minutes to do a full install! The TDS went from 200+ to 6, a few months later it is at a 10 TDS. This system does waist water for those that have high water prices. I happen to live in chicago where water is free for all! (plus, who cares, water is super cheap even if you do have to pay for it!)

This reverse osmosis system is easy to install and operate but better yet the water is excellent. We have very hard water well that has to go through a water softener which is not pleasant to drink (salty). After installing this system (with the extra pump for low pressure systems) we have ample, fresh, clean water that makes the best coffee tea and just a plain glass of water. No salt. No iron taste just good clean water. Isprings also provides excellent service for questions. I highly recommend this unit!
