I like the system very much. Installation took some time and if you are a klutz with tools and following instructions, it might be better to ask a clever neighbor or a handy person to do the installation for you. I phoned iSpring 6 months after using the system to ask for assistance in ordering filter replacements and they were very helpful in assisting me with a replacement schedule and ordering the filters I needed. Ive owned the system for about a year and it continues to work well.

Great customer service! I had an issue with the last stage smaller post carbon filter and called iSpring for help. They are sending me a new filter and fittings free of charge. Outstanding!

just purchased a new iSpring $CC7. so wont use these til later
