I LOVE this faucet. It was easy to install and I love that I can swivel it out of the way when I need the whole sink for a huge kettle. Awesome quality too !!

built well. but doesnt come with button plate for larger holes. I had to return. also color got a bit of yellowish tint to it

Updated Review:Ben at sSpring is quick to respond to issues. One of the reasons I went with the iSpring system in the first place (5 stage). Ben was concerned at how long it took for the order to be filled and he offered restitution. He also addressed the lack of instructions/part list. I took a better look at the finish, in better light and see its not damaged at all. I upgraded to 4 stars based on Bens intervention and a closer look at the faucet. Im sure when I get the thing installed Ill be just as happy with the quality of the faucet that came with the system. This is merely a replacement to match the style of the new Kitchen Sink faucet we installed. Im sure an upgrade to 5 stars is in the near future. Highly recommend using this company if youre considering an RO system.Initial Review:Waited quite some time (over a month) as it was out of stock. Arrived without instructions or parts list. Not sure if the finish isnt marred. Will update as i study it more

this faucet looks nice, and was fairly easy to install since we already had holes pre-drilled in our sink. The only issue is that its a bit flimsy, so securing it tightly underneath the sink is a bit tricky, if you don't tighten the nut hard enough, the faucet base will rotate on you. But if you try to tighten it, it feels like it will snap. So I took off one star because I dont feel like this part of it was designed well. Otherwise everything else is good, the finish looks quite nice and so far after a few weeks of use still looks brand new.
