For about 10 years, our lab was running an old CR500 system for our analyzer. The membrane was becoming harder and more expensive to find. The wonderful people at iSpring replaced the unit for us to a RCS5T, which uses the upgraded, and less expensive, membrane. The unit was a breeze to replace. in just a few minutes, we had the new unit mounted, flushed and supplying pure DI water to our analyzer. Thank you 123filter.com!!!

I am stopping to write this review since i did have to call customer support the other day and have to say that Michelle was very helpful. The first time I called was to get a kit part number for the filters. We got that sorted out then I was a cheap o and ordered from overstock. Once I got my filters and was installing i got to the RO membrane and learned I have an older model that uses a different one than what comes in the kit. Michelle was there to help again. We got the proper membrane on its way and soon i will be running at full strength again.We use this in our Coffee Shop to help elevate the quality of our products and to extend the service life of our equipment.I really appreciated the quality customer service and will conduct my business directly in the future for sure.Thanks!

Writing because I had a wonderful customer service experience with iSpring. I have had the for several years and parts broke, because of a frost, no fault of iSpring. Nick was able to help he locate a replace part and shipped it quickly. This unit is head and shoulders better than other RO units Ive used, I have an aquarium and I am able to easily fill two 40 gallon containers in a day.

 I purchased the iSpring RCS5T reverse osmosis water filter from Home Depot around January 2018 and just finally finished installing it. I am very satisfied with my filter since, it has been less than a month and I have already started to notice sediment accumulating in the see-through sediment filter housing! I use the filter for my pets also and have noticed that there water dispensers smell less like chlorine now! Although this particular model requires you to have a minimum of around 40 psi of water pressure from your incoming water line, the booster pump helps out a great deal and has risen the water pressure inside of my filter unit to 60 psi. Overall it is a great filter, very useful filter (can be used for drinking, cooking, pets, fish and aquariums), am satisfied with purchase. Would definitely recommend to anyone out there in need of a efficient water filter.Note: Installation may require user to possess basic plumbing skills and knowledge.

I just installed the iSpring RCS5T. It was easy to install under my sink since all you need is a water supply, waste water drain and 110 power. When installing the filters I would recommend a little food grade grease on the housing o-rings to insure they do not leak. This is not my first reverse osmosis water filter system, I had a GE Merlin before this. It had leaky valve problems, low water flow, high waste water rejection and it was noisy. The iSpring has solved all of those issues. I would also recommend a baking pan under the unit, just in case, because leaks can happen. The only negative Ive noticed is that the pump can take a few seconds to kick on when the faucet valve is opened, creating a lag before the flow really starts.I would recommend this unit.

I have been using the RCS5T for over a year as a whole house system. We live in SW Florida. We have a new home and my wife and I are retired. Our well water tests 780 total dissolved solids and over 500 grains of hardness. We use 150 to 200 gal per day, and often more when are kids and grandkids visit -which is often. We also use the RO water to replace evaporated water from the pool. This keeps the pool water in balance better then adding our high calcium well water. We have a five hundred gallon holding tank with I float valve for automatic filling.We have never run out of water. When we started using the system a little over a year ago the tds was 25. Now it’s running 45. That’s still excellent and I don’t anticipate replacing the RO membrane until tds is in the 80s.I replace the number 2 and 3 filters every 6 months, and the sediment filter every two months.I give the RCS5T a five star review. Nick at iSprings has been helpful with the few questions I’ve had.I highly recommend this system.
