Since I am not a very handy person, I hired a handyman to do the installation. It took him about an hour. Overall the system is good. Very big and very heavy duty. It makes a noticable difference in my water (in a positive way)

Easy to install with very good installation instructions. This is better than my folk's whole house system as he had a lot of problems with leaking and pressure drop. Mine doesn't have any issue so far.
