The most difficult part was to drill the hole for the faucet through the granite counter top. The system looks high end and works great.

Highly recommend it. Water has less impurities (24 vs 400), it tastes better and it saves me tons of money that i otherwise was spending every week for bottled water.

This system makes noise when filtering unlike a reverse osmosis system that has a tank. Water is good quality.

This RO filtration system works very well in a very small space. If your under-counter cabinet space is minimal, this is a good unit to consider. I have owned since 2019, and the company has been very helpful in replacement of the filters when they were expired. Also, general information about how the system works has been patiently shared when I requested help. I would say the follow-up customer service is exceptional.

This is our first time having an on-demand water filtering system and we are super happy with it. The water flow volume is great and the taste is fabulous. We hired a plumber to install it so I can't speak to ease of installation. We previously had a countertop RO system that we had to connect to the sink each time we had to fill the reservoir and this is much easier and less wasteful. We've been using it for almost 2 months and are super happy with the system.

provides a very pleasing water pressure. no need to wait to fill your glass especially when at full, but even when its towardsthe end of the cycle the pressure is still sufficient.

Easy set up and does a great job at removing sediment, chlorine, and odors. The included faucet is cheap, but it works. I upgraded the faucet to something more durable with a quarter turn valve.
