We have fairly hard tap water and our whole house water filter knocks dissolved solids down to 29ppm, which I though was pretty good considering our unfiltered water reads at over 300ppm.

My husband did a lot of research and found the best product for the best price. I bought a 50 gal per day unit, but wanted to get one with bigger capacity as we are a large family. Water flow from the storage tank rapidly fills containers.

Some of the systems we had where less then a $100 out the door but that's only because your first set of replacement filters is twice that. Ispring replacement filters are at more affordable prices.
