The RO system in my house needed replaced. The service guys quoted a price of over $575. I told my wife to thank them and send them packing. After researching several units on the web and local stores I found and settled on the iSpring system with the electric pump. I am totally satisfied and think it is an outstanding unit with a great price. I was able to install the unit with ease in about 30 minutes max. Now that is mainly due to the fact that the water lines were ran from the prior unit. Even though, a complete install from scratch would not be difficult. The pump is a great feature as my other unit never really had sufficient pressure for our ice maker. This one is outstanding!

this is a wonderful water system and the water is better than bottled water. It is easy to install and filters are easy to change. Their customer service is very helpful in answering any questions you might have.

Ive had the Isprings RO system for a few days now and so far it is working great. I dont anticipate new problems, but if they do occur then based on what Ive seen of the company they will do all they can to fix it. If something should happen and I have a bad experience with the company I will edit this review. My biggest issue was understanding precisely what to do. The video tutorial Isprings tells you about helped a little but not completely. I still got confused and had plenty of water to clean up. Once you understand it though it is significantly easier. Tip: Use LOTS of teflon tape on the T-section part that you screw into your cold water pipe, and on the valve that goes onto the tank. I didnt use a whole lot and both of those leaked which was extremely annoying and tedious. Use lots of teflon tape, like 20 passes, just to make sure. Once I used a lot the leaking stopped. The plastic tubes and their connectors couldnt be simpler to use and Ive had no problems with them.

Here's my honest take on this reverse osmosis + pump filter system: 1. Materials are cheap. You'll notice this as soon as you start installing it. Do yourself a favor and buy some plumber's tape. The roll included in this system is too thin to do a good job. 2. Installation is a bit of a pain. Very little assembly is required, but the cheapness of the materials makes it harder than it should be. Expect to install it in an hour or so. 3. The system works. I live in Valencia, CA and the water here is full of minerals, tastes horrible and leaves residue on everything. After installing this system I can actually tolerate water, and a final rinse on my glass dishes lives them perfectly clean. Seriously, the difference is huge. 4. The pump is weak. Without it I can't imagine any water actually making it paste the multiple filters. Even with the pump it takes about 5 minutes to fill a gallon jug. It might be the low pressure in the area, but don't expect huge flow from this pump. Bottom line: Worth every penny. While I had a leak due to cheap plumber's tape, it was an easy fix and so far I've been using this system for nearly 5 months problem-free. Highly recommend.

ISpring got this right. Very simple to assemble and hook into your water system. After some short flushing, the system is ready to go. HUGE difference in the taste of the water. Our water system in the Cape Fear is questionable with things like GenX and Dioxane 1, 4 found thanks to our friends in manufacturing. This system removes these finite chemicals as well as a host of others. You really cannot do much better than this for safe, clean drinking water. See attached video and thanks to Nick at ISpring for all of your help.

The iSpring RO system has been everything it was advertised to be so far. Installation was very easy due to the instructions (easy to follow through text, video or the photo diagrams). System is color coded and was up and running in about 30 minutes minus the time it took to make a hole in my granite countertop. Came with everything I needed to install but I did end up ordering a kit to add my existing refrigerator line into the supply. Overall its a great deal, as intuitive as an RO system can be and the water is top notch. As an added bonus we use this water in our humidifier for the winter months and it has eliminated the white dust residue that was always left behind (we tried multiple alternative ways with little success previously).

This system does an amazing job filtering out all the harmful chemicals from our city water! The chlorine smell from our tap water is so strong it smells like pool water, and these filters completely remove all of the smell and taste. We were also excited that this system filters out herbicides, pesticides, and fluoride, along with remineralizing the water. With a simple modification we were able to hook it right up to our refrigerators ice amd water system, and now we can have chilled RO water along with chemical and fluoride free ice cubes for drinks. This is by far the best filtration system weve ever had, and we would never be without one now! :-)
