Just installed, I have EXTECH FL 700 FLUORIDE METER and used it to verify that 97 % of fluoride is taken out and it does but took two complete flushes after u install directions say flush once but i found that only about half was removed until i flushed twice and then took measurement it stated 0. Was a very good price compared to some of the more prominent brands while having all the same features.

Our install is an under the sink install and the tank is also under the sink which I recommend. The company sent out the replacement filters in a timely fashion once I ordered them and the replacement process only took about 5-10 minutes (they even sent directions again even though the directions are in the original paperwork).
