The only tools that were required were a drill and bit for tapping the waste water line and a bit to add a hole to the sink (if one isn't already there). We completed our installation within 2 hours. Watch their installation video- that really helps!

Seems to work fine but the water is bubbly and. I m not sure why. Bottled water tastes better but hopefully this has no plastic and costs less over time.

This system was easy to install. As for installation, the manual isn't the best in explaining the colored hoses and some of the details, however you can find detailed installation videos for this system on YouTube which made installing the system very easy.
