The toughest part of installation is to drill a hole on the granite coutertop. Google it for the tips such as adding water while youre drilling thru granite with a diamond bit.

Initially I gave it 4 stars because even after purging the tank 3 times, there were still particles in the water that coated the glass. Water is still cloudy in the drinking glass. Then I found out that its due to air in the system...proved it by sitting the water there for 10 minutes and all bubbles were gone.

Installation took about 2 hours but I would imagine it should only take an hour or less if installed under the sink.

Fast setup. I installed the unit in about 40 minutes. Online installation videos helped a lot.
