The documentation is outstanding! I have never encountered such clear diagrams and excellent step-by-step instructions (the system was WAY easier to install than my previous RO system). It has high quality filters in every tank (if I can call it like that) insuring safe drinking water and at same time water with great taste.

After buying a water meter, I tested normal water between 240 to 280. My filtered water read 18. I highly recommend this water filtration system!

Would have been nice if they included the screws etc to actually mount theacket. Also some of the fittings etc were on the cheap side.

Thanks for making a nice product! Tank refill is a little over 2 hours (slower, because as the tank pressurizes, the RO is working against the tank pressure).

Water taste is excellent. Got it professionally installed due to having to drill through granite. Tap is elegant and fits in nicely with my. Sink tap.

I like the system and it pretty easy to install. I can tell the difference between the water from my caebon filter to the 5 stage ro system...much better taste..I ran into some rookie problems, but fixed them my self. I do wish the video was a little louder as it was hard to hear even on high volume.
