The Good:Cheap, took away the odd after taste of my tap water. Includes washers & faucet adapter.The Bad:Cheaply made in China, comes in a brown box with badly written manual using really bad English, no manufacturer contact info. If it breaks, you have no recourse and you are stuck with it if you are past the return date. (There is a customer service link on the product description page, and it looks like Amazon is handling the warranty, but I havent tried using it yet) Difficult to locate filters if you dont know what you are doing.Other Thoughts:Considering Chinas poor track record for safe products, using this thing scares me a little. Would be nice if some lab did tests to see if this thing is actually safe to use. I guess Ill find out one day.(UPDATE 3/22/2016)Its been 7 months since I have owned this filter & I am rather pleased with it. It was fascinating to see my water filter go from bleach white to rusty brown in a matter of 5 months thanks to the clear housing. I also wish to thank iSpring for replying with the filter replacement size data. Shows they actually read reviews. And hopefully that by now, they at least added a sheet with the much needed information on it.

Works really good and for a great price. Water tastes clean & refreshing. We use it to fill up gallons of water for our workers (we work in the fields) and they love it. Its clear so its cool to see it work & its appealing to the eye (in my opinion). Looks kind of fancy in our chrome sink :) was delivered to our P.O. Box within a week.

I have had the filter for a couple of months now, and I am really enjoying it. I no longer have to pay for water deliver, the water tastes good, and I dont have to lift heavy 5 gallon bottles anymore. And, I feel I can use it for all my cooking and kitchen needs. Very low cost filter replacement, Im very happy with it. Comes with the first filter, and you can buy additional stronger filters depending on your needs. Saves me $50/month on water delivery. A filter lasts for about 2000 gallons.

After using it for 2 weeks it started leaking. They replaced it. So far it works ok.

This product is working great. Very easy to install. Took less than a minute to hook up. Before use, make sure you remove the cellophane wrapper from around the inside filter. I forgot and water tasted like plastic. Water taste good now that i removed that wrapper. If the intake and output leak a little, just tighten them up a turn or so and that will stop any water leaks. Sit back and enjoy great tasting water.

Ive had this for about 3 months now. The water tastes fantastic so Im more likely to stay hydrated.
