These are truly an excellent buy. The local hardware stores and chain home improvement stores are truly crooks. These do exactly the same filtering of our shallow water well for about 1/5 the price.

The sediment filters last 6months and do an excellent job and I water my yard with no bypass. Will last even longer after I install the bypass.

Very good filters for the money. We use this as a pre-filter to our water softener to take out the rust in our well water. They work very good, although possiblly not as good as a GE .... but .... they are priced at about 25% of the GE, so that makes it a worthwile purchase. Will definitely purchase again as needed.

Great price for these filters. I found them to be about 5-6 mm longer than standard filters and ended up having to shorten them to make a reasonable fit.
