I noticed very small dripping in the head of the filter assembly, and send pictures to the company, they shipped replacement head the very same day! Love the filter and the company behind it! I am very pleased with this filter.

Easy to install, great instructions--thought it was going to take me an entire day and night to figure it out, but it only took me about 3 hours (and I read everything and work slow)--my family is so happy not to go buy TONS of bottled water anymore. Highly recommend!

It can be installed for regular water and/or feed into the under sink water heater and you got both tasteful water for cold and hot water. I definitely recommend this to all of my friend and my family.

It fills the tank 2 times faster then my old GE unit and I get about a gallon more water per tank. Happy.

The full unit is in the cabinet under our sink and it took about 50% of the floor space(we live in a small apartment) but there is still plenty of room for kitchen essentials. Elated! I have wanted a reverse osmosis water filtration system for a long time and this is the one! Affordable, easy to install, and the staff was extremely helpful with any questions I had! I now have peace of mind knowing I am drinking the purest, most tasty water I can! Thanks!

I had mid leakage at first with the line going to the tank and with the source valve, but after shutting the system down, applying Teflon tape in places, and tightening, I have no more issues with any leakage. after the first year it showed around 16 on the meter, so i changed the first three filters (you could see the crud on the first stage filter) and then it went back to 4 on the meter.
