After a lot of research, I bought it directly from the store over the internet (there is 5% discount) for my full house system design (I am a professional hydrogeologist). The system is robust, easy to customize and easy to maintain on a very low budget (if you know what you are doing). Attaching pressure gauges to pre-filters and RO membranes and back-up valves and shut of valves will tell you when there is a real need to replace an element, instead of doing it on an arbitrary schedule. This small investment will pay for itself within a year or so. If one RO membrane goes, you still have 200GPD system until the new one arrives. I have tested the system hard, including filling my swimming pool. I went through one set of pre-filters and one RO membrane only, much less than I expected. I run the entire house with it, including washing machine, dishwasher and two bathrooms. I use 56 Gal pressure tank and additional 90 gal open air basin with ozone injection and jet pump to re-enter the house system. My well water is hard, just a bit bellow 500TDS, so it would ruin the RO fast, if not pre-treated. Therefore, it first goes through a water softening system (a cheap one from Lowes or Home Depot will do) and 5 and 1 micron filters before entering RO. Exit water is between 17-30 TDS depending on time from the start of the system and my additional filters for taste (RO shift keeps the initial readings higher, so do not measure immediately after it starts) and the restrictor size (I could get it lower but would have higher waste-water ratio). Customer service is great (my first package arrived broken by UPS and was immediately replaced). When I called about a problem after the warranty expired (caused by RO unrelated matter), I received an immediate positive response. I love 36V booster pump and 3/8 entry tubing through it (most other systems are 24V and ¼). While this is certainly not a full blown HD commercial RO system, it is the best value on the market for DIY homeowner are small business owner.

The iSpring RCB3P RO water filter system has saved us so much money that it easily paid for itself in about 7 months. We breed exotic pets and build many vivariums which are sensitive to city water, and we were going through many gallons of bottled purified water each week. Besides the money we were spending on bottled water, it was also a huge inconvenience lugging all those jugs around! With this water filter system, we dont have to do any of that anymore. Installation took a few hours only because I actually suspended the whole system on a shelf board that I placed over a bath tub we never use. That way, we can fill water jugs (which can take a few minutes, given the substantially slower flow rate than the tap), wash enclosures and bins, and we dont have to worry about potential future leaks (other than the one cold water connection under an adjacent sink). After the initial flushing procedure (which took a bit longer/more cycles than expected), the total dissolved solids (TDS) were being reduced from 160 ppm to ~8 ppm, over 95%. The installation itself was very straight forward, though the included Installation Instruction & Owners Manual was a bit frustrating at times, with its overuse of awkward and unnecessary acronyms, such as CWSV = Cold Water Supply Valve, or AFW = Feed Water Adapter. In many cases it would have been better to just spell out the words, or perhaps a glossary of terms would have been helpful. On the other hand, the many diagrams included in the instructions were clear and helpful, and they even included a reference to their installation video on YouTube! I highly recommend this system overall, and Im still convinced almost a year later that it was the best bang for my buck.

Love this product. It was easy to install and it flawlessly delivers clean, pure water on demand. Instructions were pretty good and it does a great job. Great product. If you are on the fence, do it already !
