Excellent water quality, better than what were buying in the store. Its only 3 months, nothing failed so far. It occupies a lot of space under the sink, so plan ahead, we had to remove almost everything we were storing there.

This is a great little water filtration system. much cheaper than what therain company offered. They wanted over a grand to install a similar system with the same filters. I chose to install remotely in the basement. No leaks and good tasting water without the impurities my wife and i were worried about.

Order was delivered within a few days. It looked complicated when I unpacked. After reading the manual, I went to UTUBE to see how it was put together and between that and the manual, it works GREAT. The only weakness I could find was that the manual was not sufficiently detailed. But a couple minutes on the phone (with WONDERFUL support) the system was up and running. A wonderful product!

This filter is fabulous! I have used it non-stop for 8 months with no problems. It was a breeze to install and we use at least 4 gallons of water from this filter every day. I just got tired of buying gallons of bottled water to make our iced tea, so I decided to give this filter a try. And....boy am I glad I did! Our tea is not cloudy any yucky any more.... It tastes great!

The system works great, 0 TDS after installation. Pretty easy installation, a couple key things. Make sure the tubes are connected tightly, ensure the ro filter is seated correctly or the top will leak and follow the instructions on starting up the system after install.
