The device is very easy to fit. It comes with cable ties to hold the coils onto the pipe that I would suggest to have a couple of spares included. Not sure if it works.

This really works great! No more hard scale deposits to scrub off the toilet. Does much better job than salt pellets.

This was easy to install and it worked. Soap and shampoo lathers much better. White residue still builds up in the shower over time, but it cleans off much easily.

Very easy to install. Works good so far. Cookware and glassware are cleaner and see less lime scale.

At first it seemed to be working, but then I wasn't so sure. Removed it for a few days and all the stain and spots started to appear. Installed it back again and yes, it's working.

We got fairly hard water that rates at 300-350PPM which causing scale stain in our stainless steel sink and kitchenware. My husband installed this electric descaler and we are seeing minor change in use water. Stains are getting less but the PPM has not changed.

Installed it almost a year ago. Worked nicely the whole time. One of the light on the descaler stopped lid up so I had to call iSpring if that effect it. They send me a replacement descaler right the way, even after they explained to me the light is just for show. Great customer service. Thank you.
