I've had one since early 2003, also got another and installed it at my in-laws. you have to be careful when tightening not to strip threads. Best part about buying from iSpring is their excellent customer service. Theyre always extremely responsive and often send replacement parts free of charge when needed. Highly recommend this seller.

I have a family member who likes high flow and didn't want to change the shower head. This filter seemed to handle the high water flow without issue, AFAIK. Installation was quick and easy.

Just moved to a location that has well water and trying to figure out the system here. While I figure out the filtration system I needed something for daily use. I purchased 3 - I LOVE THESE. The package comes complete with everything you need but the wrench. The company thought of everything when they ship these. Excellent job on the company's part. Easily installed. Just very pleased. They remove the odor! I fell cleaner. For the price I just might do these for the next 2 years. I can't say enough about these. I do not like the well water here. I will figure that out but while I do - these are WONDERFUL! They are plastic but they look like metal. Just easy to install. I am a DIYer so I was prepared for something much more difficult - but so easy.
