We had a little difficulty with the installation and twice had to call to request replacement of small parts. Ispring support team responded quickly and sent me the replacement part immediately. I have no complain.

Tested iron before and after. Definitely took all of the iron out of my water. Haven't tested anything else but I am sure that it is doing its job. I feel much better about my water now as the quality of water where I live isn't the best. Overall I would recommend this product. Installation wasn't horrible. Only problem was a couple leaks here and there from my threaded pvc fittings. Just make sure you use plenty of thread seal tape and screw the fittings in fairly tightly.
