Even though my choice of placement required extra work, the installation process went really fast - about 2 hours. I am glad I am starting to save money from buying water bottles in bulk.

After making a decision to get a ro system, I narrowed it down to this system and the other highly rated system, but decided on this unit as everything is WQA certified and the filtration capabilities seem a bit more superior. After installing, I have not had to service it in any way, it has just worked.

I am very happy with my purchase. I use a tote underneath the system to store about 30 gallons of water that I use to water my plants. So no waste at all!

Right out of the box, looking at all of the pieces it's a little daunting at first but the setup was very straightforward, the Instructions in the video were very clearly and it was actually kind of fun figuring it all out. I feel as if my life is improved, and I did this all on my own.

Marvelous! It took several hours to install because some parts were missing. Include either a 3/8 adapter and a 1/2 adapter.

Product is great, great tasting water. The product is amazing! The book says you should replace the filters every 6 months so we're expecting to do that in a couple of months and I will update this review with just how easy/difficult it was to replace.
