Filters work as designed. One issue was the final stage carbon filter. It leaked. No matter how much Teflon tape I put on the threads it leaked. ContactediSpring and they quickly sent out a replacement filter. Thank you!

You know you got a good product when you can taste the difference. I missed my filter change cycle by about 6 months. I put in the replacements and drained the tank (wanted to get the old water out). When it filled back up, I could actually taste the difference. Though this is a good test for the new filters, I dont suggest skipping a filter change. In addition to that, they were packaged well, organized well, delivered on time.
