Their customer service is wonderful! We installed a system and could not get it to work, we did the on line troubleshooting, unhooked it and reinstalled, we tried everything and when we called the customer service a customer service rep named Helen C. was amazing, she walked us thru and we finally found a pipe was cut too short. The water tastes great now, no sulfur or funny tast at all. Thank You!!!
