I have well water only (no city hookup) and a nearby cemetery made me avoid drinking the well water over the past decade or so. I finally got tired of lugging bottled water jugs week after week and ordered this RO unit. I ordered mine. As most people say, it took just over 4 hours to install, and that included the time it took to clear out the kitchen cabinet to make room, hunt down the few tools I would need, installing it, starting up the system, and then putting away my tools afterward. Everything went without a glitch. No leaks, and everything seems to be working as it should. Be careful to read all instructions carefully - I could see where someone might make assumptions or not insert hoses fully or not insert/screw on the filter components properly - probably why some people got leaks. You must not over-tighten! Im very happy with the unit and the overall installation experience. Five stars!

We have now had this system for over 6 months and love it! We never run out and that says a lot for a family of 5 who play sports and are constantly filling up water jugs. Easy to install, no plumber necessary!!

We previously had a Kinetico system for the past 19 years, which was a good system but even though it seemed to be functioning well, we decided to replace it. So I started researching other options and after much research decided that the ISpring unit was the best buy. We have had the ISpring unit installed for about a week now and have found it to be every bit as good as the old Kinetico system. Also I installed the system myself, which with the enclosed instructions was very easy and simple to understand.

Im surprised at the high quality materials used, being more familiar with aquarium-grade RO systems and how cheaply they are done. This model clearly uses solid, heavy duty parts, from the thick walled filter housings to the metal base hanger. Instructions were clear and adequate, with a nice diagram to follow and a few pictures to illustrate. I took my time installing this and it was all of three hours work (minus drilling the granite for the faucet). Overall Im very pleased.

Weve used our new RO for 5 weeks now and the water tastes great! Better than the Jugs of water that we used to carry in from town! I cant say for long term use but right now we are happy with the product.

This is actually our second unit from iSpring. Our first unit we have installed at our Coffee Shop. This review here that Im posting about is for both units. They are identical models. The one we have been using for about a year now and works awesome!! We have it plumbed to run 2 different espresso machines and a single coffee maker. Then we also use it to fill our daily water pitchers, cold brew...etc. The unit we have at home has been in for about a week. Works like it should. I have it plumbed to our Ice-maker on our refrigerator and another sink downstairs equaling 3 total destinations. I believe that you get what you pay for. There are cheaper units out there, but they my not be as good. Installation is extremely easy if you have ever done any plumbing or handy style work. Full descriptive instruction with good step by step and pictures. I would recommend this to friend. Hopefully this review is helpful!!

We use well water and as part of foster care licensing had to have our well water tested (we had not ever done this since buying the house 3 years ago). When we had it tested, our nitrates were so high that they called us immediately and told us to stop using our water that day (for drinking, cooking that would keep the water in it and not pour off - oatmeal, baking, etc). In order to get our licensing we had to fix the issue or drink bottled water, so we bought this filter. When we retested our water, with the filter, our nitrates had gone from 30ppml to 4. (acceptable is anything under 11). My husband installed it in less than an hour, it filled, we emptied it per directions, refilled it, and it has been working great. It always has enough filtered water for our uses, and we are very happy with it. Would definitely recommend to others. At some point we will probably get a smaller one to use in our bathroom. Well worth the money (and it was a very reasonable price, compared to some!), and the instructions were clear, the faucet part is great quality, and looks good as well.

We have been using the RCB3P over over a year now, and we are very happy with this unit. I recently purchased the ICE maker kit (needed the necessary connectors) and used copping tubing for a long run to our new fridge. The water quality from the tap and our fridge has been great.

My husband purchased other Ro system for my birthday. After three trips to the hardware store and two days of cursing the system was in, only to leak from the faucet and some of the fixtures under the sink. It was quickly returned. We read reviews on several systems online , finally ordering the RCB3P system. This system is very sturdy. Im proud to have it in our home. I'll let you know how the water tastes.
