Fantastic system. Provides great tasting water day after day without a hitch. Ordered the first replacement filters right from their website, and received them within three days! I have had this system for several months now and have experienced no problems. With the clear instructions I was able to install the system myself. I also purchased the uvf55 since our water comes from a well. Customer service was quite responsive to any questions I had.
