They worked with me to get this awesome unit hooked up to the water line in my apartment without having to shut off the building water supply. Works Great, installed under the sink.Reduces the TDS of our water from 275ppm to 11ppm, and produces close to the 500 GPD rate.It replaces a GE Merlin RO unit that had developed the issue where it would not switch off the waste, and to be honest I dont really notice much difference in output volume.The Pump works great and is very quite, but be-aware the unit I received did not come with a UK plug, hence the 4 star, but as my Father is an electrician not a problem for myself, but something others may need to consider.

I bought a water purifier 500gpd and live Bonaire Dutch Caribbean and the production is about 2 brine to 1 fresh the well feed water is 2300ppm and 55psi is there I am doing wrong.I using it on 125V will be a difference by using this on a 220V line???RFA

Yes I made that mistake. I hooked up the system to test it out without realizing that each of the three filters installed in the unit were still in the plastic wrappers. The funny thing is, it still worked and had good output, the pressure just ripped the plastic open at the filter outlet. Anyway, this seems to be a remarkable unit at this price point. The booster pump is very quiet and it seems to be a great product for the money so far.

This machine is amazing - so is their support. I had a plumber install my unit. The plumber did a terrible job and Ispring Support was amazing. They were very patient, caring and finally figured out what was wrong - the plumber had the waste water going to my 110 gallon tank and the clean water going down the drain.Thanks to James and Josh for hanging in there and providing outstanding assistance!!! I highly recommend everything about this company and product line.

I purchased a RCS5T RO machine from iSpring at the end of July and received it August.04 in the middle of nowhere in good working order. The machine was well packaged and in great shape after travelling several thousand KM. The machine has been running on a 40/60 well system that feeds water at around 3 degrees Celsius. I installed a WHES40 Water softener inline that feeds water at around 800ppm using potassium chloride to the RCS5T.The machine works as advertised and even after around 1,000 gallons at a fairly high ppm, the machine still flows around 95% of the speed it did with fresh filters and the water is coming out reading 0ppm on a meter that reads in 5ppm increments.I would recommend this system to anyone looking for a tankless RO system that needs "high volume" from their RO machine.
