Their customer service will win you, hands down! The product, is just as great! By the 2nd shower, my hair was already softer and losing that stiff, wiry feeling due to the poor water quality where I live. The filter also improved the water smell! This product was recommended by a friend. And they were correct. Great product. 5" to install. Thanks for sending the plumber tape with the filter!

I bought this cartridge for my shower filter that I ordered from iSpring long time ago! And it works great. First day water might still be a little dark when you just turning the shower on, but it will go away quick and you will enjoy great and pure water free of nasty stuff. I ordered this filter and pretty satisfied. Fast delivery and always great customer service. Highly recommend!!!!As well as Im using their 6 stage reverse osmosis under sink filter which I LOVE as well as my wife!

Best thing I’ve bought in awhile! No more hard water spots in shower and my girl has even stopped using conditioner. Both of us have noticed much softer skin. Had it installed in 5 min. Absolutely worth the money!
