System goes a long way in helping the quality of the water. We use it with the WSP-50 pre-filter and a UV light. The filters need to be changed more often than we had hoped and the o-rings on the filter housings will stretch out, even when using a lubricant, so you will need to replace the o-rings occassionally. Although we found it somewhat difficult to find the exact size o-rings, the company has been helpful to send a complimentary set. Thanks Don.

This will be the second waterfiltration system I have purchased from ISpring. Their customer support is is fantastic! They have walked me through installation as well as sent anything that was needed! Richard and James are super helpful and grate to work with.

Easy system to change filters. We had to get cooper pipes installed with it and it took about a week for the smell and flavor to completely go away.

Product was somewhat tricky to install but after watching a few videos online I felt confident doing it. When changing the filters out the blue tubes got stuck and were almost impossible to get off. Ispring’s customer support was fantastic and they were able to help me replace the unit. I would recommend not over tightening the blue tubes, and make sure to a silicone to the rings after every filter change.

What an amazing system. Comes with everything you need and then some. It has extra parts and a water alarm that come with it. You can also get a years worth of filters if you video your installation and email to them. This this is fantastic.
