I never take the time to write reviews on products that deserve positive feedback. Well, if ever a product deserved 5 stars, it is definitely the ROG400 system. First off, this company is n and the service is EXCELLENT! My tap water, after installing the system, went from over 400 ppm to just 17 ppm. The water is delicious and my plants love it too, never had greener foliage. If you are confused on what RO water system to purchase, look no further than this ROG400 system, trust me, you will be happy you did. I would also like to comment on how easy the installation was. The instructions, with pictures, is so easy to follow and I installed mine under my kitchen sink in less than 45 minutes, by myself.

This system is amazing!! Reverse osmosis is one of the few water filtration systems that removes fluoride. It also removes lead, chlorine, arsenic, and other awful things found in your water. I took a look at the disposed water (stuff left over from the filter) and it smelled so strongly of chlorine and was frothy and disgusting. I am so glad I have this system now and am confident Im giving my family fresh, clean water. It comes with a little faucet that you have to connect to the filter. We have the faucet right next to our tap water in our sink. My husband also hooked the filter up to our refrigerator water so we have filtered ice cubes in our ice cube maker and filtered water from the water spout connected to our fridge. We put the entire system down in the basement connected up to the kitchen to the faucet that came with it so it doesnt take up any room unter the sink. The one downside to reverse osmosis is that it is SO effective at cleaning your water that it removes a lot of beneficial minerals as well. This system comes with a re-mineralizing filter that adds back in desirable minerals such as calcium. We did a lot of research on various reverse osmosis systems, and this is the one we decided on due to the price of the system, price/life span of replacement filters, and the re-mineralizing filter. All in all, we decided this was the best system we found on Amazon with all that in mind. It was an amazing investment. My husband hooked this all up on his own. He is pretty handy, though, so Im not sure if its doable for everyone. I know I wouldnt know where to begin, but it seemed fairly easy for him, taking no more than an hour to have it all installed including the faucet. We even use this water for boiling noodles etc. I am really glad we got this and would recommend it to anybody looking for a reverse osmosis system. My 4 year old tasted the water and said, "This water is DELICIOUS!" Five stars hands down.

It is excellent, we installed a Morton permanent sediment filter, connected to a standard cheap whole house replaceable filter, then the water softener which runs the majority of the house. Then tapped the outgoing line from there and installed this ROG400 reverse osmosis setup, and ran it to the fridge...which also has a filter. The water is amazing, tastes just like bottled and as a perk, no more smells from the well water!. I am 100% happy with the purchase. So far they have also had great customer service, they have been very pleasant to deal with! I would give it 6 stars if I could. No more $60+/month on bottled water! This was a great investment. One thing to add. If you are going to run this through the room to get to your fridge ice maker as I did(I recommend this highly), you will need to buy one extra long water line. The included ones have you covered for the sink, but they are not long enough to span the whole kitchen. Also we mounted it in the basement and ran it up through the floor so we wouldnt loose the storage space. Even with the super long lines, there hasnt been any issues with pressure drop, it seems to be working great so far.

I had to email customer service about the fact that my tds was over 300. I believe it was 477ppm which is barely below the limits allowed by the epa. I didnt know this until I received the unit and a tds tester on the same order. They recommend getting a water softener if its over 300ppm. The man who responded to me was thorough and knowledgeable. He just told me I would need to replace the membrane more frequently maybe after 1.5yr. I will at some point in time get a water softener to protect my appliances but its not something I can afford at this moment. Installation was pretty easy I mostly just followed the picture that tells where each piece of tubing goes. Water tastes good not quiet like bottled RO but thats because they add minerals for taste to bottled RO. I will get used to it eventually. I calculated it based on cost per gallon of water from my supplier and cost of 1gal of distilled water which is cheaper than the RO bottled water I get.

My tap water ppm reading was 300 something, after installation of this guy, the ppm reading dropped to 4, while 5 gallon bottled water is 20 and 500ml bottle water is 4. My kids does not believe it and everyone did the readings again and were convinced. Now the whole family is drinking this new water.

Excellent product at a great price. Water was 510 parts per million, but after ROG400 the filtered water is now 18 parts per million. Easy install and no leaks. Stop reading and go buy it.

I bought this system about a year and a half ago. This unit works GREAT! It was easy to install with comprehensive directions and the included tools. The water tastes as good as any I have had, and the water pressure is better than any unit Ive previously owned. Beware that when you first hook up the unit, that the water will be cloudy, this happens with all R.O. systems, its just air and is absolutely normal. The air will go away within a day or two.

Has been working great so far. The water tastes much better. Since my sink had an pre existing hole for the tap the installation was easy too. Was able to do it myself within an hour.

I installed my ROG400 unit in my basement (had to go out an purchase extra tubing cause its further away than usual installations). Its working well (though the pressure is a little low...Ill try putting more pressure in the tank). I have installed many RO filtration systems. This is the same quality Im used to in higher priced units. Actually, the faucet makes this an excellent value. Even better is the responsiveness of their customer service. In fact, I needed a little help with a customization of my filter (daisy chaining two expansion tanks for greater capacity) and Helen with the C/S team is helping me with a gift to help me. Thats really going the extra mile. Im very satisfied and am planning on getting my mother one.

Perfect for office or home. Installation is pretty much plug in 3 tubings, install the small faucet in the vacant soup dispenser hole, and tap into the cold water vavle with the included 3-way valve.
