Everything needed for the installation was included with the kit. I am not handy at all but this was simple enough even for me to finish within just a couple of hours. We have not had to buy water bottles since we installed this great RO system. Highly recommended to anyone looking to decrease their plastic waste and have great tasting tap water.

Replacement filters are reasonably priced and readily available through just about any online seller I.E. Home depot, Amazon, Lowes, etc. Shipping is always quick. I'll put the 2nd 4 gallon tank in-line with the other to double our supply, but if I could have found a place to put the 14- or 20-gallon tank, I probably would have gone that route.

Easy installation after watching video. Took about an hour. TDS was averaging 434ppm for tap water. After filtration with Alkaline Filter it is averaging 33ppm. "Laurence" at Ispring helped me register my product and assisted me with a defective fitting. (It should be noted that Ispring provided spare fittings with this system. That allowed me to complete installation without waiting to get another fitting.) I also installed the Ispring ice maker kit with this system. I would highly recommend this system to friends and family. Thank you Ispring.

I have owned this system for 6 years. It has pumped out an amazing amount of perfect RO water for me and my family. When I pump recently went out Michele was great to help me get a new one ordered and shipped out same day. It has done such a nice job I also bought their whole house filter to help with the rest of the house and our terrible well water. I highly recommend iSpring systems.

I purchased the RCC7AK RO System online and received and installed myself. Installation was very straightforward and easy. The system worked good at first but then stopped working. iSpring provided great support to detect a defective check valve issue and sent several parts to swap out to resolve it. My system has now been working great and we love it! I installed it in the ceiling of the basement under the upstairs kitchen and it has no issue with the extra distance below the sink. I recommend iSpring due to their nice product and excellent customer service.

Easy install, system works great, EXCEPT faucet valve has leaked from the start. Honestly, this is the best tasting water I've ever had in my life (alkaline). I had been buying 5 gallon purified water and schlepping it home about every two weeks. Finally installed an in-home RO system and I'm so glad. I am happy with the system price, the price of replacement filters, and above all -- the quality of the water. However, there has been a constant slow drip from the valve at the delivery faucet ever since install. Disappointing flaw given the quality of everything else!

The best filter system for healthy water! My wife had a kidney transplant 3 years ago and has to stay hydrated every day. Our tap water doesn't taste great and studies show there are nanoplastics in bottled water. So I went with the six stage system to add the minerals back in and it is excellent tasting water. It is paying for itself with the savings of not buying bottled water anymore. I mounted the system in the basement and now I have ro water to the fridge icemaker plus ro faucet at kitchen sink!

We purchased this 6-stage RO system several years ago, and have been extremely pleased by its performance. Our water tastes clean and clear, having removed typical toxins, chemicals, additives, and radiation. The difference from typical city water is outstanding. The unit took me about 20 minutes to install after reading directions and calling them for technical assistance to confirm my setup. I later added a demand pump and a T splitter and installed a 30 foot line around the kitchen to our refrigerator for cold water options. It has been very easy to reach the company about any questions. I recently received help regarding a replacement filter set with Michele. All my interactions with customer service have been simple and satisfactory. I highly recommend this company and their products.
