I purchased this reverse osmosis system to have purer water and remove the fluoride from our water. We have been extremely happy with our purchase. We love the taste of our water. The faucet matches our delta faucet perfectly!

Got this even though our city water has a RO system, but puts fluoride in the water system and after seeing the equipment corroded from that, I had my husband put this system in. We had a bit of a problem with a small drip, but after emailing the company they had a new filter fitting sent and to me within a day or two. I cant tell much difference in taste, but my daughter could. The thing that impressed me with this filter system is that before it was hooked up, my coffee maker would show clean about every week and half to two weeks. I noticed it was two months before the reminder came on. I also dont have the calcium buildup on anything now. So, I am more than thrilled with the purity of this system. Would definitely buy again. Oh, and customer service is my big #1 of purchasing anything. If you dont have good customer service, you dont have a good product no matter what in my book. Plus, the company emailed me after a couple of months to make sure everything was good. Not many places like that around anymore. Thanks Josh!

Prior to purchasing the RO system, I read hundreds of reviews before deciding to purchase this reverse osmosis system. This system is extremely well reviewed. Installation took less than an hour. I would highly recommend iSpring RO system as employee like Nick are pleasant to work with. After purchasing the RO system, Nick followed-up to obtain our feedback on satisfaction about the iSpring purchase. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with the filter. No more running to the local grocery store refill water bottles. :)

This filter took us quite a while to install, but now that its in, its great. The water tastes much better than the water from our Brita filter and has 103 fewer contaminants than our tap water per the TSD-2 water quality meter. The filter water tests at 20, while the tap water was 123. The Brita water test was 89 and the refrigerator water was even worse. Two years ago our municipal water was found to have something like 16 cancer causing contaminants that exceeded safety levels. So what did the local government do? They simply raised the limit and subsequent water reports dont even show this information. Problem solved at zero cost! So we purchased the RO system. The Install: All the parts were there and they were packaged and labeled well. The hoses and connectors are easy to use and a bag full of extra parts were included. The faucet looks similar to our regular sink faucet and has a nice brushed finish. The video is very helpful - so get that laptop out and park it near your work area! My only complaint is that the video you are directed to has one little omission that took us a while to figure out. When you get to the part when you have to flush the system - go back and RECONNECT the hose to the bottom horizontal tank that the installer had you disconnect earlier in the video and pause the video to see where the RED line is plugged in. The installer mentions something, but it wasnt quite clear. We had black water everywhere! Otherwise, although it took us about twice as long as it should have, it went well. Any patient person could install this filter. Now that Ive done it, doing it again would be easy. At least were drinking fewer cancer causing chemicals that are safe for our children, grandbabies, and pets to drink.
