The pump runs smooth on and off, the filter gives the water faster than I expected. It is like the system is sucking the water out of the water line and polish it using a racing car motor

I purchased this system after a long research on the internet. Had some problem install it but after a phone call to the customer service everything went well. James was extremely professional and helpful. System fit in my kitchen perfectly. Although the system operates without a tank I did add a tank onto it which made it work better with a faster water flow.Now I can pretty much fill my cup in seconds. Another good thing to have such system is everybody wants to make the best use of it and everybody starts drink more water. I was also checking the replacement filters they are pretty affordable so that’s another plus. Anyway this purchase really made our living standard to another level.

Follow others suggestion and add a pressure tank on it. The water is kicked out fast. though theres a back pressure from tank weaken the source water. It can work without tank anyway. But a tank make it even better

Ok, this thing is amazing, I have owned it now for several months, I use it directly, yes its not as fast as one with a tank, but I can fill as many gallons as I want, which means more to me than how fast it pumps out water... it takes about 2-3 min per gallon, I really havent timed it, so that is a guesstimate. I plan to buy a 500 gallon tank and turn it into a whole house water reservoir, but for now it serves as clean healthy drinking water.

I didn’t need 500 gallons per day, but we definitely drink more water in our office than one of the smaller systems with a tank can produce so this has saved us money compared to having water delivered to our office.

We installed this in a commercial kitchen, and connected to two 80 gallon well water tanks, then from there water goes through a 12GPM ultraviolet filter, then a final carbon filter to remove storage tank taste. Connected to a standard water faucet and it works great!!

Ive owned this unit for over a year and its worked flawlessly. I installed a line to the ice maker on the freezer and the ice cubes have never had any fog or discolor. They are 100% see through, very clean. There is no oder like what comes from RO systems with tanks. The water is amazingly pure. I have multiple test strips I use to test the water and its always perfect. Ive had a few questions regarding install, every time I call Ispring I get right to a tech, no tricky phone numbers to push to get to a tech. Great product great company.

The Ispring RCS5T 500 arrived quickly and was a breeze to assemble. We utilize this system for brewing beer and it is hooked to a 32 gallon pressurized holding tank which was also easy to connect to the unit. The system has removed almost all chemicals from our drinking water and the RO water has made a huge difference in the taste of our beer. If we were not renting our current home, we would purchase a second unit for whole home water filtration .
