Received the product in great condition and in a timely matter. No parts missing and it was up and running within a short time of receiving it. At one point I did think about sending it back because when it drained it made quite a bit of trickling noise. Contacted them through email and had my answer immediately. Simple fix (just push the black water line in a bit further) and now there is virtually no sound. Would recommend to my family and friends.

I get delicious water for over a year with each set of filters. Had a bit of confusion when I last changed the filters due to some irregularities in the local water supply, and the support from iSpring was comprehensive, extremely patient, and sustained. It took a while to get things back to normal, and they walked me through every step of the way. Really, I cant think of another product that has given me such great support when I was having a problem. Customer for life.

This is a great system. Ive had it for a year and a half. The cap on the sediment filter developed a small pen hole leak and although my system is out of warranty, iSpring made an exception and sent me one for free! This is a great company/product and I definitely recommend it!
