We noticed a marked difference in the water after installing the eletric water descaler. Lime scale that was building up quickly is now decreased to about 10 percent and keeps improving over time.

So I was super skeptical but figured it has pretty good reviews and easy to install why not give it a shot. Installed it three weeks ago and the amount of mineral deposits on faucets and glass seems noticeably improved, I would say about 50%. Hope this woulb keep getting better.

Mine stopped working a few months after purchase. Contacted customer support and got mine replacement within a week. Very good product and service.

It's a good product. The scale is dissolving on the faucets and the calcium rings in the toilets are slowly disappearing after a month.
