It was easy to install...took me about an hour. Seems to be working fine for now. I would recommend this to everyone, in my opinion it pays for itself over time.

Easy to install. However do not like recommendation to uninstall and reverse filter every month. We will see how long filter lasts.

I have only been using this product for a few days, but so far I am happy. Immediately I noticed that my skin doesn’t feel tight after I get out of the shower like it used to. I’m not quite as itchy either. I’ve had a lot of skin problems and my hair was yellowing since moving in to my now husbands condo and I’m hoping this makes those issues better.
