I purchased the iSpring ROG400 a week ago. Compared it with the APEC and Home Master TMAFC and felt it to be the best solution considering value for the money. I installed it together with a new, stainless steel Franke single bowl sink, Moen CA870035RS faucet and previously used Joneca T-1060 disposer. The installation instructions for the ROG400 were very clear, well written, and everything went smoothly. I had absolutely no problems with leaks. I also purchased the TDS-EZ Water Quality tester showing the tap water TDS about 500ppm, and that from the ROG400 faucet about 30 ppm. I am very pleased with the product and look forward to many years of usage.

This system took my water from 505 PPM to consistently under 20. I have no complaints over the water quality. I am on well water and the taste, clarity, and odor of the water is now fantastic.

System went together great, once I realized I had the hot and cold reversed in my cabinet, I was fine. And do make sure you push the plastic hose in real hard, or youll have a couple of leaks, lol. My purpose was to get water that was pure for my humidifiers, and distilled water is .89 a gallon x 4 gallons per day, way too expensive to get rid of the white dust. Using the RO water for these has eliminated the white dust; humidifier issue, plus the water is good for me and my aging cat. So I am quite happy with my new addition. And the fact that these have such good reviews helped me in my decision to buy. Plus, if you call about something, they answer the phone right off!! Where else can you get that these days?? Plus they are ns and understand what you are saying!!! Amazing :)

Very good price affordable shippin garrived quickly comes with booster pump has a pressure gaugewater quality appears very goodnot really a whole house filter RO system more like a really big fountain setup install manual was all but useless, was generic & for smaller systemyou need to add a pressure tank all hook ups and fittings were 1/4 inch plastic making it difficult to adapt to household plumping1/4 inch lines restrict water flowI have a farm with a well, water is good except I have about 2500 ppm dissolved solids and need a RO system to remove them. I managed to adapt this to provide water to kitchen and hot water. I added a large pressure tank and a booster pump. The RO put out about 34psi on its own, not enough to have a decent shower, as flow drops. I added a 20gal pressure tank to act as a reservoir. and a booster pump. The dissolved solids is a fancy was of saying salt. This was corroding the plumping pipes and fixtures. It was also destroying hot water tanks.

Very easy system to install as a DIY project. It will be a little tight getting underneath the sink, but worth the effort. The water tastes great, and I even used a water tester to see how well it was filtering, which was right around 16ppm compared to the average tap water of 350 ppm. Filters last right up to about the six months mark, which is when I have noticed a slight change in the water taste and when you are supposed to change out the filters. Changing the filters is easy as closing off the supply line, using the included wrenches to open the filter housing and replacing the filters. Great system, and I even purchased one for a relative.

Yes I am handy but not an expert in anything. First off, the packaging is quite nice. Everything is separated according to their install role. The instructions could not be more clear and helpful with hints to help as well. I had to modify which is a nice term for cut away the back wall of my cabinet to get the first shut off valve that connects to your water line only because my line coming out of the wall was short. I think this is the first time I have done a plumbing project and had no leaks and believe me with all those push connectors I was awaiting geyserville... but not a drop. You will need 2 people for this due to the short size of the tubing that is under a bit of pressure, a bucket and a hand on the shut off valve. Over all my reduction is as: City water measured with a TDS meter was 198ppm and with the new RO system it was 6-9 ppm. I would say a very significant drop in garbage in the water. Positive remarks so far. I will keep testing the TDS to see how long the numbers stay under 10. Have fun, I did.

Great product. Includes everything you need and plenty of spare fittings/parts. Install went quick and easy. It fit under my sink quite well. With a little planning, there was enough room for all of my cleaning supplies and a 13 gal. garbage can!

Larger then it looks. Very stylish and pretty. Unfortunately it didnt fit our typical 4 inch- 3 hole area. An eight inch span would be better. I returned with no problem. Very friendly person on the phone when I called.

Excellent purchase. A little over a year ago I purchased this Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water Filter System which my plumber installed. The most important reasons for me in choosing this system were whether I would be able to enjoy and safely drink my tap water. I live in Phoenix AZ where untreated tap water is generally unpalatable with taste, odor and impurity issues. And because of environmental concerns I did not want to endlessly be purchasing water in plastic bottles. After much research and reading reviews of other filtration systems I selected this system because of its many positive reviews, and because it best fitted my needs. My water tastes great, ice cubes are crystal clear, no scale build up on dishes, glasses, coffee tastes great and I drink more water now. I only water my plants with filtered water and they are doing fantastically. I love the design of the faucet which complemented my kitchen faucet perfectly, however the one provided was stainless steel and my kitchen is fitted in chrome. I called the company and a replacement faucet in chrome was immediately sent to me. I am very impressed with the customer service and the quality of both the system and faucet. I have experienced no problems, leaks or water pressure issues. I am completely satisfied with the system overall and the quality and taste of my water. I am quite happy with this purchase and highly recommend the product.
