UPDATE: iSpring called me personally to apologize for the finish on this product and correct the situation with me even after I cancelled my refund request. They said they were not aware the finish was coming out this dark from the factory where it is shipped directly and thanked me for the review that let them know this was an issue. They are correcting it for future products. I would definitely recommend them and their products just on the fact of exemplary customer service!ORIGINAL REVIEW:NOT OIL RUBBED BRONZE. IT IS BLACK. There is no way it could even be considered anything but black. All over black...no sparkle or sheen, nothing. just plain black. I asked for a return/refund and it was granted however I LOVE the design. It is all metal too and I needed a non-air gap for my RO system. So after searching high and low for a replacement, and not finding one, I decided to keep it and just refinish. So sanded it down to the copper and spray painted it ORB then used Spanish Copper Rub-n-Buff to get the look I wanted. Then sealed with with a clear coat. It is quite beautiful now. Now hopefully it works. Will post an update when I find if it does/doesnt function properly.
