I had a great experience working with Francis. I purchased from Home Depot, super easy install. After a few weeks I had a ballast issue. I reached out via the website/warranty question. Francis responded with in the hour, sent me a new part and I was up and running. Some of the best customer service i Have experienced in a long time.

Michele at iSpring REALLY helped me out. I'm retired and enjoy offgrid/boondock camping.
I made this portable contraption using the iSpring UVF55FS UV filter. Involves a 12v inverter, pre-filter on the pickup, a 12v RV pump, the iSpring UVF55FS, and a finer particulate filter. The UV light runs off the small 12v inverter, I plug in a 12v battery, run a hose to my RV, and can fill my 50g fresh tank in about 10 minutes. The whole thing only draws 6.8amps while running.
I bought the iSpring UVF55FS and made this thing just as covid hit and campgrounds closed down everywhere.
The other day..... I dropped it. The iSpring UVF55FS is meant to be hard-mounted, not carried around, it shattered the quartz protector sleeve and the UV bulb. Called iSpring, talked to Michele, had my Visa in hand to order another one.....she sent me all new parts for FREE! I'm well outside of any warranty, and who warranties a dropped product anyway? Totally took care of me! Thank you!

I installed the whole house filter system and added this UV system. We immediately could taste, smell and feel the difference in our water. We are on city of Scottsdale AZ municipal water. My wife has been very sick, cancer. We wanted to make sure she has every fighting chance.
I researched water systems for two weeks and determined iSpring 123Filter to be the best. Easy install of both products. We installed this in June. Almost a year later and the UV system was flashing a fault and would beep. I figured it just needed cleaning but called iSpring just to make sure.
Quick and friendly customer service from Michele, thank you for your help Michele! She said it could need cleaned but let me send you a new bulb and ballast. Got the tracking number the next day.
Exceptional customer service and product. We are building a new house and will be back for another system at the first of the year.

The product is well-made and easy to install. The only issue is that the new model we received has no control switch as shown on HD website, so the UV will only turn on when the flow sensor detects flow. But we found the sensor is a bit “insensitive” and we have to turn up the faucet more than usual to turn on the light, which is concerning and inconvenient. We contacted Customer Support and Nick (a big shout out here!!) is super knowledgeable and helpful. He heard our concern and requested an old version of ballast with control switch for us. Hopefully we will receive the ballast with control switch soon. We are very thankful to Nick for his effort to ease our concern and we are very pleased with ISpring’s customer support.

I recently purchased an iSpring UVF55FS Whole House UV Water Filter with Smart Flow Sensor Switch, 55W on June 16, 2023. This was professionally installed by a licensed plumber and the photo below was shared with iSpring technical support who confirmed that the system was correctly installed.
Over the last 4 months I have had to replace the UV bulb three times. I have contacted iSpring to address the problem and asked them to replace the control module and fused bulbs to try and correct this problem. Right now the system is down and I cannot be replacing the bulbs every few weeks. It’s running in Auto mode so turns on only when the water is flowing.
I am waiting for iSpring to help since I’m very disappointed and frustrated with this system. As you can see from the photo I purchase a lot of iSpring products and have never had this type of problem before.

I had an iSpring filter installed on my water line last year. We have a well for our water supply and for some reason our water has been getting contaminated with coliform. A few weeks ago it started beeping which indicated I needed a new bulb. First, I ordered the bulb through Amazon using the part number of my filter, UVF55FS. It was the wrong bulb. Next, I ordered a bulb through iSpring, it still was the wrong bulb. Finally, I got in contact with Francis at iSpring. She was able to get me the correct bulb using the part number on the bulb.It does appear there is more than one bulb that comes with the UVF55FS system. It seems like the best way to get the correct bulb, the first time, is to get the part number off the bulb. Thanks to Francis for getting me the correct bulb.I will add, that since I installed this filtration system we have not had coliform in our water.

Have had some whole hose system for almost 2 years now running like a champ. Love the system. Had to recently replace the light as it’s starting to go out. Ordered from website bulb ended up getting damaged in shipment called and Michelle took care of it and got me a new bulb out right away. Very happy with the system and customer service.
