Order Processing Times
All in-stock orders will be prepared and shipped within 24 hours except weekends and holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive our notification with the tracking information. The tracking information can also be found in the order details.
Delivery Time
Your order will be delivered within 2 - 5 business days after it is shipped, including pre-order items. Please note that delivery time will be calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. Actual shipping dates may experience delays due to factors such as an invalid shipping address, weekends, holidays, etc.
Domestic and International Shipping Cost
Contiguous 48 States of the US:
- Free Shipping on All Orders: We offer Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and International Customers:
- Shipping Charges: Since these locations do not qualify for our free shipping offer, please contact us before your purchase to obtain the appropriate shipping rate.
Shipping Carriers
Most packages will be shipped by either USPS or FedEx based on the specifics of the shipping address.
Delivery Inspection Guidelines
Please inspect your package upon delivery for any damages or shortages. If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please:
1) Note them immediately on the delivery documentation.
2) Contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the freight carrier.
Taxes
