had the system for a year filter replacement video is inaccurate replacing filters is too much trouble with connectors breaking in half and leaks common. i bought another system.

We ordered one year replacement kit for our 6-stage filter. It included 5 filters including ALK and one Membrane. But when we received the order it is missing the membrane. All filters should be replaced every 6 months and membrane every 1 year as per the company recommendation. Hence we ordered the 1 year kit as it is time for it. But you didn't send us the membrane. Please send it to us ASAP so we can replace it along with remaining filters.

Just recently purchased this and had it installed. Easy installation with great support and videos.

I used both brondel and ispring water filter cu-a4. The outcoming filtered water TDS is the same as the ingoing tap water. I think at least it should get rid of some of the large bad particles. TDS number should be a little better. Yet it didn't. Do you have system other than RO that can do a bit better? One extra stage didn't help. What a pity!

We've had our RO system for years and it's always easy to order the replacement filters. We've never had any issues!

Excellent product and above and beyond customer service by Sean who helped me with my replacement filters. I placed my first order of replacement filters and messed it up but Sean helped me with getting the correct filters sent to me and went above and beyond by calling me and explaining what are my options.

Buy it install it and get done with ever buying cases of bottled water!!

I have been using this filter sytem for a year now and it works great and the water tastes great. Replacing the filters was easy but I did have an issue with on of the filters. Nick at customer service was quick to assist and provided me with a replacement for the filter with an issue. Overall its been a great product.

Ordered replacement filters - experience of changing them was good. Using this filter systems from last 4+ years now. Good water taste and healthy for kids so far. Saves lot of plastic bottles and efforts to bring/recycle them.

I have used this product for over a year now and enjoy it. The setup and 6-month replacement process is very simple and the water is clean.

The first thing I noticed was the shipping packaging. You can tell a lot about a company by how they treat their product during shipping. Every box fit perfectly in the shipping box and everything was secured. Good first impressionSecond was detail in set up. The instructions said to watch the YouTube video first. I was able to assemble the RO system via the video. It really was easy. Once set up no leaks drips or cussing. I rarely put something together without a ��~^## along the way. Didn't have any of that. End result was delicious water at the tap. Thanks iSpring for making our lives better.
