Easy to order when it's time and the filters showed up quickly! We've had another company's water filter and were extremely displeased with it, as it couldn't keep up with demand and had to replace it once. The iSpring is a great product for ease of use and even easier swapping of filters!

Filter is great customer service not so much

We haven't had ours for a year yet and because our first floor was flooded and under construction for 6 months before we were able to re-connect our filter. The filter is flashing and showing a need for replacement. I purchased the 3 pack and it was missing the RO filter (which is only supposed to be replaced every 24 months). Our filter is saying it needs to be replaced now. We tried to call customer service and left messages 3 times. No response. We emailed customer service still no response. We hjave recommended this filter to family and friends but now I wish we hadn't due to their customer service or lack thereof.
