It was a door yourself job it was pretty straightforward took me a couple hours but I'm generally slow at things like this. Water tastes good. I bought this after my satisfaction with the whole house filter that's been in operation for a couple years

This water filtration system is amazing. I got it as a replacement to another popular undersink water filtration system without reverse osmosis. My old system worked ok initially but then the water taste got worse and worse to the point where we just stopped using it.Water filtered by iSpring tastes great! It's better than bottled - no microplastics to worry about. And it tastes like spring water manufacturers name is spot on.I thought tankless RO would be slow - it is not. While it is slower than my old system I'd rather wait a few extra seconds and have a great tasting water vs settling for a water with a lot of sediment and a funky taste.I also thought it would be loud as there is a built in pump which helps increase output. Nope can't hear it at all during the day. At night when the house is quiet there is a barely audible hum coming from under the sink but that's not bothering me at all.I would like to separately highlight the incredible customer service of iSpring. My system arrived with some missing components and when I called CS Sean was very helpful patient and polite and immediately shipped me the missing parts. Thank you Sean! I also had a question regarding system configuration emailed Sean and got an answer right away.Having a real USA based customer support that is quick and empathetic is very valuable to me. There are many manufacturers of tankless RO systems on the market but how many will stand by their product? How many will resist temptation to outsource their customer service to a foreign country? These systems are expensive. When I spend this much on water filtration I want to make sure that it will serve me fine for many years. With a customer service like this I'm confident it will.

The box with the RO system arrived visibly damaged/compromised. Sent pictures and communicated thru email - representative gave me one email per day for 5 days responding to me. What took 5 days should have taken less than 10 minutes. 5 solid days to get a return authorization- and I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. We are on day 10.

I bought this about 6 months ago. So far we like it but we have struggled to get some of the replacement filters. Nick at Ispring has been very generous and helped us out and shipped us one promptly when I reached out expressing my concern.

I called someone answered on the second ring understood what I was asking and solved our situation in just a few minutes.

Disappointed as we installed this unit and less than a week later the filter indicators were already flashing at us. Since we are only using it for drinking I assume that the filters are faulty or bad. I have put an email into the company but I haven't gotten a response back.

Worked great for the first 2 weeks. Filter 2 and 3 show they are used up after about 15 gallons of filtering. Submitted an online ticket and no response from I Spring yet.
